My name is Anne Weisheit, the author of Beneath the Chestnut Tree.
As the back of my book says, I am a Surgical Technologist, but I not longer do that because I decided it was time to do what I always said I was going to do. Be a writer.
I also belong to a terrific organization called Therapy Dogs Incorporated.
My Border Collie and I go to visit school classrooms with special needs children. I think they get as much joy out of it as I do.
I live in northern Illinois with my husband and four children.
